Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the PFZ LLM Auditor Agent (the "Service") provided by PFZ LIMITED ("PFZ," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these TOS, the End User License Agreement (EULA), and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription and Billing

2.1. Agreement to Pay: Your subscription to the Service is contingent upon timely payment of the applicable fees.

2.2. Marketplace Transaction: All Service subscriptions, billing, payment processing, and cancellations are handled exclusively through the Google Cloud Marketplace pursuant to their terms. PFZ does not directly process payments or manage subscription renewals.

2.3. Fee Changes: PFZ reserves the right to adjust the pricing for the Service, effective upon notice and as managed through the Google Cloud Marketplace.

3. License to Use

Your use of the Service is governed by the separate End User License Agreement (EULA) for the PFZ LLM Auditor Agent, which grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Cloud account credentials used to access the Service and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2. Compliance: You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4.3. Data Ingestion: You are solely responsible for the content and documents ingested into the Service's knowledge base via the Cloud Storage Bucket and Eventarc Trigger mechanism.

5. Security and Architecture

PFZ Limited leverages security best practices within the Google Cloud environment (including serverless architecture and Cloud Run) to provide a production-grade, secure, and scalable Service. While we prioritize security, you acknowledge that no system is perfectly secure.

6. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
