1. Introduction
PFZ Limited ("PFZ," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of data. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information related to the use of the PFZ LLM Auditor Agent (the "Service"), which is deployed in a secure Google Cloud environment.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
PFZ, through the design of the LLM Auditor Agent, primarily focuses on the processing of your internal knowledge data to provide verification results.
We do not collect or store personal data of individual end-users unless that data is explicitly and intentionally included by you in the content (documents) you upload for audit purposes.
We do not access or collect your payment information; all billing is handled by Google Cloud Marketplace.
3. Information We Process (Customer Content)
3.1. Customer Content: The Service is designed to process content (documents, text, data) that you upload into your designated Cloud Storage Bucket. This content is processed via the Eventarc/Cloud Run pipeline and used to populate the Gemini File Search knowledge base for RAG functionality.
3.2. Purpose of Processing: This Customer Content is processed solely for the purpose of fact-checking and verifying LLM outputs as part of the Service.
3.3. Security and Deletion: Customer Content is stored and processed within a secure, scalable Google Cloud architecture. Upon termination of your subscription, we will follow standard procedures to delete the associated knowledge base files within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.
4. Operational Data Collection
We may collect non-personal, aggregated operational data necessary to maintain and improve the Service, such as:
- Usage statistics (e.g., number of audit requests, Service latency).
- Error logs and performance metrics related to the Cloud Run and Eventarc services.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
